Our Charity at present has two websites.

The current main site (eyeofthefly.com), was created in 2002, through a Business Link start-up grant awarded to our founder, Tor Bruce, who was, at that time, a 29-year old entrepreneur that had enrolled on various courses, to allow him to explore channels to develop his business ideas. This site will give you an idea as to the intentions of the Charity from its conception, where we are now working to make the content of this site become a reality, i.e. this site represents what was the dream vision.

The .co.uk site is our reality, providing an accurate picture as to where we are currently at, with the content updated ongoing. The beneficiaries of our services who supply the information for this site include : the unemployed, school placements, young people working with us through community groups and youth offender teams, college and university students, trained graduates and artists in general who work with us to advance their skills or who represent our Charity as paid tutors.

This site is very much learner driven, with the technical support provided by
Andrew Blakey, who joined us through an A4E placement via the Job Centre, together with

Emma Conroy, who came to us from Newcastle College, also on a placement. Both individuals are current part-time volunteers, working with us to gain better experience in their chosen profession, whilst we seek progression routes in to employment on their behalf.

Whilst we have attempted to provide as much information to give you a clear picture as to what we're about, we would prefer that you came to see us face to face.

Our premises are fantastic and we have many activities on offer than we want you to be a part of, check out our online events calender for forthcoming events and courses.
