Our Charity made the decision to produce all of its own garments, i.e. workwear for the artists, tracksuits for the dancers and fitness instructors, hats and jackets for the staff who work full time at the Charity premises. This course takes the learner through the stages of producing their own garment, from conception to the sketch, through to the lay-up, pattern mking and cutting out and finally on to the sowing machines. This is an extremely rewarding course, where the learner can see their work come to life and where they can then have the satisfaction of producing their own item of clothing.
